On the Road again!

I'm going to be on the road this week, but I've prepared.  Spent most of Sunday making healthy road snacks. (New batch of Jerky, dehydrated banana chips, and spiced nuts)
Chicken breast stuffed with ground pork sausage and wrapped in bacon!

Have enough meals for a few dinners (left over curry and left over pork stuffed chicken)  I will be hitting subways for salads - no dressing.  I like them because they are big and I can build my own.  There is also steak house buffets if i get desperate.  Anyplace where I have a lot of choices I can stay eating clean.  This week will be a real test.  I am totally prepared food wise.

As far as exercise goes, I've brought my Vibrams and will be hitting the treadmill in which ever hotel i'm in, or doing body weight stuff.  I don't want to drive 400 miles with a lose kettlebell in my truck.. Not a good idea.  I'll let ya know how it goes!
